BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (PSYCHOLOGY)

Thai Program

​

We offer our students a diverse range of both basic and applied psychology courses, including clinical psychology, counseling psychology, developmental psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, and social psychology.

 

Additionally, we help students understand how psychology applies to daily life, covering topics such as mental health, personality and adjustment, and the psychology of interpersonal relationships.

Thai University Central Admission System (TCAS) – 3rd Admission Round

Educational Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent, or expected to graduate in the upcoming academic year from high school

  • GPAX of at least 2.50, or

  • GED score of at least 165 in each subject, with a total of at least 660 across 4 subjects

Health Conditions

  • ​No blindness, color vision deficiency, or other disabilities that could hinder learning and academic performance.

Applied Knowledge (A-Level) Scores Administered by TCAS

Group 1​

Five A-Level Subjects

  • A-Level 61: Applied Mathematics 1

  • A-Level 66: Biology

  • A-Level 70: Social Studies

  • A-Level 81: Thai

  • A-Level 82: English

  • A minimum score of 30% is required in each subject, except for Applied Mathematics 1, where the minimum is 25%. Each subject contributes 20% to the overall score.


Group 2

Four A-Level Subjects​

  • A-Level 70: Social Studies

  • A-Level 81: Thai

  • A-Level 82: English

  • One of the following A-Level subjects

    • A-Level 62: Applied Mathematics 2

    • A-Level 83: French

    • A-Level 84: German

    • A-Level 85: Japanese

    • A-Level 86: Korean

    • A-Level 87: Chinese

    • A-Level 89: Spanish

  • A minimum score of 30% in each subject. Each subject contributes 25% to the overall score.

 

Thai General Aptitude Test (TGAT) Score Administered by TCAS

Group 3

  • TGAT score of at least 90 in General Aptitude (100% weight)

Since the Thai program is taught in Thai, applicants must have at least an intermediate level of Thai language proficiency.

Selection Criteria​

1. Non-Thai nationality and no residence in Thailand.

2. The applicant must have completed Grade 12 (high school) or its equivalent.

  • Applicants who took the GED before May 2017 must have GED results in 5 subjects, with a minimum score of 410 in each subject.

  • Applicants who took the GED since May 2017 must have GED results in 4 subjects, with a minimum score of 145 in each subject.

3. Applicants who are expected to graduate or have not yet received a high school certificate or equivalent by the time of admission may submit their certificate by the university's specified deadline.
4. A GPAX (or equivalent) of at least 3.00.

5. Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • TOEFL (iBT) score of at least 60, or

  • IELTS score of at least 5.5, and

  • Thai proficiency test: B1 level (TU STAR Test)

  • ​Applicants must not have blindness, color vision deficiency, or other disabilities that may interfere with academic performance.
